It can be hard to find a space or confusing/difficult to navigate certain parking lots or structures at shopping centers.
So back in August, I launched a poll asking readers what mall has the worst parking in Orange County throughout the year.

This time I’d like to know what mall has the worst parking situation during the holidays. I’ll start off with several choices, but feel free to add your own pick and include the city the center is in.

We witnessed a LOT of road rage there today.
A few years ago I went to South Coast Plaza on Black Friday. I wil never do that again!! It took us 2 hours to get OUT of the parking structure!!
The secret parking area at South Coast Plaza is the parking structure between Nordstroms and Sears. You enter near the eastside of Nordstroms and park towards the top of the structure. We used to have photos taken with the “real” Santa Claus at Nordstroms on Black Friday. Never once did we have a problem finding parking in the upper two levels of the structure. Try to park near the bridge that goes directly into the mall.
I would say South coast Plaza. I don’t have a car right now, but if I did, I would be shopping there any time but around Christmas for the Christmas presents to buy..
Thatchmo - that’s the exact parking structure I was talking about! Perhaps things have changed, that time I went was several years ago… in the late 90’s I think.
